Audio only, no images?

Not sure if this is related to the previous outage, but I was able to watch TV with no problems this morning. I have been trying for the past 3 hours to watch TV but am getting an audio only feed, I can't see anything on my screen no matter what channel I choose. 

I also am not able to see any menus, I literally just have a black screen with audio from whatever channel I'm on.

I've already tried the obvious; turn it off and on again, unplug power cables / HDMI, change ports, use a different HDMI, nothing brings back the picture.

Had numerous crashes on Sky last night. I would've like to know why?the questions on here previously are all showing as blocked to me for some reason. Nothing showed on my sky to explain it either. Not very good customer service.Disappointing !

Nice of Sky to let us know there was a problem with Sky Q last night! I thought it was just me and it was my equipment I find out today I am one of millions poor show Sky!

Sky box plays for a while and then message appears not connecting to the tv. Switch off and on and it comes back. 20 minutes later same thing happens

You likely won't find out why as Sky have never generally publish publicy RSAs as to the reason and cause of issues.

They could have advertised there was a problem they have now put a message on their site and if you Google it it's on most news sites
