I can't access the menu because the Q box isn't showing anything on screen. Green on button but nothing show

Sky Q box wont even switch on this morning.  Last night at least it would reset when I shut power off then back on.  Now blue light comes on, it whirrs a bit, remote wont switch it on, on button wont switch it on then it stops whirring and the blue light goes out.  😞

 

Come on Sky put out a Customer information bulletin

Fingers crossed, it's been working ok for 90 minutes this morning after doing another reboot frst thing. Hopefully it's been fixed now and will continue working normally.🤞

Q box not working after outage

Outage last night. Today Q box not working. Tried all the recovery methods etc. Ordered a new box , but may take up to 5 working days ! Not impressed. Also , all operators are too busy, so call waiting hung up on me ! Disgusting

Update 12:47pm:

If you are still having trouble accessing your Sky Q services, please switch off the box at the power socket for 30 seconds and back on again to restore service. Please also reboot your main Sky Q box if you're having trouble accessing a mini box.

 

We are aware of some technical issues overnight that led to Sky Q boxes to go into standby mode. Our technical team worked quickly to investigate and restore service. If your Sky Q box is still stuck in standby please switch off your Sky Q box at the power socket for 30 seconds and back on again which will restore service.

 

We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.

At least Sky have finally admitted there is/was an issue.

Sky Q 2TB and three Sky Q Mini boxes installed on 27th March 2019.
Main TV is a LG OLED evo C2 65" 4k". Sky Wifi Booster. Sky Protect. BT Smart Hub 4 Router on Full Fibre 900. Sky customer since 2000.

Sky Q not working

My sky has not worked since about 21:30 last night. I've switched on and off, pressed 7&8 and 1&3 at the same time on the remote and NOTHING!  Is Sky down in Swansea?
