No signal

Same in Buckinghamshire. Switched off at wall and rebooted. This works for between 5 and 10mins then goes off again. Now done this 4 times in a row. Giving up now & going to bed.

Same symptoms here, box reverts to a black screen but led still green. Remote doesnt work, a reset restores it for 10 mins or so then crashes again. Only started tonight ? Any solutions ?

Same here. Tried all the usual tricks, but this is a Sky problem, not one we can solve, I think.

I thought this was an issue with my Sky Q box. Thank goodness I found this thread.

I now understand I'm just one of the millions being ripped off by Sky, I feel so much better.

Doing my head in tonight as we all seem to be experiencing the same problem.

i have tried the My Sky app, and it states currently under maintenance, hoping it's a quick Sky fix, otherwise, an early night

My sky keeps crashing every 5 - 10 mins

Several times this evening I've had an issue where suddenly picture and sound stop and the TV goes to screensaver as if it's not receiving a signal from HDMI

Sky Q box still has green light on and blue circle spinning.  This has happened whilst watching live TV abs recordings

Disconnecting power and then resetting have worked every time but it's annoying me a lot !

Been doing this for over an hour now. It goes off, I unplug and reboot it , it starts for a short while and then we do the dance again. According to Skys web page regarding service, there are no issues with my service, yeah right and the cheques in the post!

Unfortunately my Sky Q box has also started to shutdown whilst the Green Light remains on. It is then unresponsive to the remote control and I am forced to reboot the box by unplugging it from the mains. 
It works fine for about 30 minutes and then shuts down again!

Does anyone know how to fix this, or do I need a new box?

Had to turn sky power off on the qbox several times tonight

Q Box stoped working in middle of Eurovision twice. Green light stays on but TV reports No Signal.  Power off at wall, wait few mintues and power on. Working for now.

The sky app is even on a maintenance so cant even get help there.. Its a cyber attack
