Same happens in Stoke-on-Trent switching off 3 times now in the last hour, switched off at wall and restart keeps happening, downloading the latest software made no difference.

Our Sky Q went off, tried turning off at wall, worked for about 10 minutes and happened again, given up now as keeps happening.

I tried to log on to My sky page and I cant nothing happens.  I did manage to log into this page and went back to my sky to see if logged on but no and it will not let me log on.  Is there a major problem with sky.

Is anyone else having issues tonight.

I have Sky Q.  Every ten minutes my tv screen goes blank. 
I then unplug everything at the wall, I wait a few minutes. I then restart. Everything works well for about ten minutes and then  same  thing happens.

I also had problems signing in to Sky  Community just now  and starting this new thread. I do not know if that was a coincidence. 
My broadband is working as normal.

Same here in Southampton,  unplugged about 5 times so far, re boots but goes off around 20 mins later. Incredibly frustrating
