Your sky store gift on us

I was sent an email saying we had a sky store gift on us. It is not where it says it is following the instructions in the email

Does not seem to work for me. I only have a TV  no smart phone so cannot download App can I access on my TV Please If not who do I contact as expires on 31st May

You don't need a smart phone.

 

On your Home page on Sky Q go to: Sky Store > Featured > Top Picks > Your Sky Store Gift On Us

Make sure the movie you choose is marked priced at £0.00

Hi @HalcyonDays 

 

You are looking for an onscreen tile on your SkyQ TV .

 It is not in the same place every day and can be in a different place for different people on different days, but if you have Sky Q, and you go to your SkyQ TV menu, under Skystore and then featured or top picks. You may have to go across(to the right) a few tiles using your TV remote or down a row or two - but I'm confident it will be there - Sky store gift (blue tile with a gold colour box on it )

I have done this but few films and none come up with £0 . I have received the offer. What next please Is the mr Burton film included

Are you aware @HalcyonDays that once you locate the "sky store gift" tile, you select that tile (enter on your Sky remote)

 

the only movies available are those priced at £0 which appear when you select the blue gift tile. There are just under 60 to choose from. 

You can only choose 1 movie.

Yes - the choices are appalling and a real slap in the face. Particularly after their comms were so dreadful when the issue actually happened. Those people who can't find the free gift - my advice is don't bother. I have the option but there is literally nothing worth choosing to keep. The one thing that interested me was the new Venom movie but even that is on Sky cinema next Friday !!

How do i access a list of films?

Sky have sent messages telling me that as a compensation for the problems with Sky Q, I am entitled to claim a film from Sky.  What is the value of this and how do i claim the film?  is there a closing date for this?
