On your Sky Q box go to Sky Store > Featured > Top Picks > Your Sky Store Gift On Us. Make sure the film you select is shown as being £0.00.

I've found the gift on us and selected a movie, but when I try to purchase it, it says cant purchase as my account is not enabled for purchasing.

Any suggestions on what I can do??

You should be able to resolve this with a livechat to the Skystore support team who are open now and until 7.30pm

That's really surprised me as the "account not enabled for purchases" is a very common thing on the forum and the advice we give has always been a live chat

Q box outage- gift of a free film. Can’t find info

Read the recent outage of sky Q boxes, I've received an email detailing a gift of a free film as compensation. I followed

the instructions to go to Sky Store, but I can't find the detailed tile, as explained in the email. Can anyone help to let me know where I can find the tile and download my free film?

Briefly @Sue+Wellard 

 

On your Sky Q box, go to your main menu, then select Skystore 

 

You may have to use your remote to go one or two tiles to the right or down, but you should see the blue Skystore gift tile 

 

today, mine is in "top picks" on the top row - but it does change location, so look around the tiles if you don't see it immediately
