The free movies should have shown the original price @Mel291080 - say £7.99 then that would have had a line through it and replaced by £0

As that hasn't happened for you I'd suggest a live chat tomorrow with the Skystore support team who open at 11am

I received an email from Sky due to recent outage problem. It clearly states that to get a free movie to visit Sky store and click in 'Your Sky Store gift on us' tile. I have done so and clicked on every possible TILE that I could and NOTHING states ' Your SKy Store gift on us'. I did this as soon as I received the email on the 21st May and at various times during every since then - and nothing.  Why Sky would offer this and then not come through with it is beyond me. I am fed up of trying now and giving up. Well done Sky, great PR for your long standing clients!

If you go on to your SkyQ menu on your TV, then select Skystore then either Top picks or Featured should show the tile. You may need to look along to the right or down 2/3 rows - but most people do locate it ok

Same here... I just can't find the free gift as stated on email too (due to recent Sky Q disruption)

I've tried VIP. my account & Sky Store to no avail.

The offer finishes on 31st May.... hurry!

Been advised (and it works) Sky Store ....Features ...Top picks and there it is .   Not that there is anything I fancy being of the older generation

After last weeks outage I received an e mail with a free film offer from Sky Stoes titled " Your Sky Storegift on us " but I can't not see how to make my selection

When you go into my Sky there is no link to the offer.

Have you tried going to the menu on your Sky Q box on your TV and looking at Skystore, then go to "featured" or "top picks" and you should see this tile 

You need to be a SkyQ customer - from the hundreds of posts similar to yours on the forum, virtually everyone eventually locates the tile. 

it looks like this but you may need to look to the right a few tiles or look down a few rows.
