What's on the screen if no channel and no error message? What have you already tried?

I get the menu but if u choose any program to watch it's just a blank blue screen.  The apps work OK though

I've tried rebooting the box and reconnecting to the main box.

Have you rebooted the main box then rebooted the mini box?

Hi I'm discussing it with sky n they think it could be an issue with the broadband provider and are talking me through a potential resolution. Thank you for trying
