No signal please check your antenna

I'm not getting some channels it is saying check no signal please check your antenna connection

That suggests a message from your TV, not your Sky Q box.

@Gemofthesea18  Thats a TV message as you're on the TV/Freeview input, try using your TV's remote to scroll through the HDMI inputs until you find the one that has Sky Q.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
