Sky Q box but I don’t have ITVX app

How do I get the ITVX app on my Sky Q box?

@Gabskzibrntrb What software version is your Q box on?

 

Press the home button, go to settings, system info, then you will see your software version.

 

If you don't see Q210.000.6.03L please follow these steps

This might be obvious but have you scrolled down the left hand side list to Apps?

Alternatively go into the Home Screen and scroll down to Apps?

It should be there.

I have gone through the Home Screen and also on the left hand side under apps but I don't have ITVX, I have also used the tips to refresh my apps but still nothing. How do I get it?
