Blank screen after power on

I have powered the Q box, sound bar and TV on using the Home button for as long as can remember. Now though everything powers on, but the screen stays blank. Numerous power cycles, it usually comes on. More recently though, it is becoming frequent. I am needing to unplug the Q box before it will go to the Homescreen.

I've seen others with this issue, but not found a solution.

Has anyone got any pointers?

Went through a few thing with a SKy advisor, most of which I had treid anyway, and I suggested that we turn off HDMI control. It looks like this is the main cause; some timing error, software bug in the HMDI control. I have to turn my TV on manually, but so far, touch wood, Sky Q displying the home screen every time since turning the HDMI control off.

Just a quick update, since turning off HDMI control on the SkyQ it has powered properly everytime.

(It is still enabled on the TV (LG OLED, SIMPLINK) as this outputs sound to the soundbar)

So if anyone else has similar issues try turning off HDMI Contol.
