Re: Sky Q Apps pixelating

Well I no longer have SkyQ.

Was given a good deal for a new contract with Sky Stream took me only a few minutes to setup the new Max router, and the 3 Stream pucks.

It is a completely different way to watch as it's all streaming no downloading of shows. So far I like the way it looks, and how you can set up different user playlists for shows and movies (one for me one for the wife and one for my daughter).

As I said this is a full streaming there is no lagging of watching any shows, and the apps are working very well.

Re: Sky Q Apps pixelating

This is an on going problem even with the above update. Also my sound keeps going off and apps freezer but all ok on my smart TV, so it's definitely a sky q problem. I have it on my main box and my 2 multi rooms. Doing my head in!!

Yep having the same problem with the audio switching off and the screen going black whilst watching Amazon or Paramount.

Hi everyone, all customers will now have the most recent software update QR270.000.10.09 and we're confident this has resolved the issues reported with Sky Q third party apps pixellating.

I'm really sorry again for the inconvenience but thanks to this thread we managed to share these examples and support our teams in getting to the fix ðŸŽŠ

I'll lock this thread, and for any further questions, queries or feedback feel free to make a new post on your Sky Community ðŸ’ª
