If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system

After checking everything that was told to do. The picture is still pixelating

If that's happening on live television then it's likely your dish needs realignment, so you'd need to book this with Sky.

I've tried everything and the picture can still be distorted. I've followed the link until it says book an engineer. The ap asks for a post code and won't go any further. HELP?????

What happens when you give it a postcode then? Are you logged in with your skyID?

Yeah. I'm logged in as me. It l keeps asking for a postcode I enter my postcode then it keeps asking for a post code. I've tried calling with no dives I've tried this with no success. Do I need to go to customer services and put a complaint in. Where do I go next.
