Poor picture quality
My tv picture keeps pixalating

Please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system

After checking everything that was told to do. The picture is still pixelating

If that's happening on live television then it's likely your dish needs realignment, so you'd need to book this with Sky.

I've tried everything and the picture can still be distorted. I've followed the link until it says book an engineer. The ap asks for a post code and won't go any further. HELP?????

What happens when you give it a postcode then? Are you logged in with your skyID?

Yeah. I'm logged in as me. It l keeps asking for a postcode I enter my postcode then it keeps asking for a post code. I've tried calling with no dives I've tried this with no success. Do I need to go to customer services and put a complaint in. Where do I go next.

I'm logged in and it asks me for my post code I enter my post code it then asks me again for my post code ect ect

I've escalated it to the online Sky team on here. Watch out for a colourful chat bubble overlaid on this page when they pick it up.
(by the way, you don't have to post everything twice if someone doesn't inmediately respond 😉)
