Same issue with me and keeps crashing it just not loading. Used to be fine but keeps happening more and more now!

Same issue with me and the peloton app - have been on to sky and reset my sky Q box, downloaded new software and refreshed the app etc and still didn't work.

Exactly same issue as above.
I also called y'day to sky helpdesk who told me reset the apps etc but that did not do the trick unfort.

I spoke with Sky yesterday, as the Peleton app is not working within Sky, it does however, work on my laptop and phone.
Customer services got me to do an app referesh and also Sky Q software update. It is still not working, the problems started many weeks ago I had to log in every single time. Now I dont have an option it goes to a blank screen; other apps work fine.
Sky said they are not aware of any issues. And did not offer other options. I will be calling them back again. And would like this escalated.
