im having the same problems for about a week now. I press the app and it just goes black. Or if I do manage to log in the class starts and then goes fuzzy and the screen goes black.

I understand based on your last post that this issue is being looked at but can we please get an update with regards what estimated timeline we are looking at for the fix please? Clearly this has been raised some time ago now and number of complaints are rising.

Hi I am also experiencing the same problems as other users this is really annoying as there clearly is a problem that has been going on for some time now which has not been resolved please can you advise if there is a resolution for this problem yet?

Same issue as described. Peloton app not working on Sky Q. Asking for login then a blank screen. Hopefully the more comments the quicker sky will look in to it! It's been weeks now.

Please can you post an update as this is clearly inconveniencing numerous users and obviously we are all paying for a subscription which isn't necessarily practical to use on an iPhone or iPad.

@Chloe-W22 Hi Chloe as requested I have the following response:
thre are no error messages, just the screen is blank, previoulsy around a month ago it asked me to log in every single time. this has not happened before.
Software Verson on Sly Q is: Q210.000.06.03L (5K4107v)
As confirmed in my earlier post I have completed a software updaed and app refresh.
I will be contacting Peleton as well to notifiy them, I am presuming they pay Sky to have their App on your system. And if their customers are having issues they should also be made aware. There is no issue with the actual Peleton app as it works on my laptop and phone. The issue is with your system and has only occured since February 2023. The app worked fine before this date.
Can you confirm how long this will take? As all the other apps works fine.
Also interestingly on your website issues with apps it only has Netflix and Appletv to report issues. Is there a reason why you cannot report issues with the other apps?

Come on folks @ Sky - can you give us an update please?
We've been having ongoing issues for well over a week now, possibly a fortnight to no resolution. It's getting a bit beyond a joke.
With eye watering cost of Sky Q you'd expect a prompt resolution or at very least clear communication with users.

Not been working for me either for the last 2 weeks, why is being done about this? So frustrating when we are paying for a subscription for an app we can't use!!

Frustrating Peleton not working. Messaged Chloe directly as requested in the group chat, no reply. However, from the chat I can see we are no closer to a resolution. Contacted Peleton 2x, who advised that they are working on it. Contacted sky customer service, did the usual checks and refresh, no change.
Sky what are you doing to resolve these issues???

Google how to email a complaint as the forum blocks the address!!!!
I am emailing a complaint today and requesting monetary compensation. This is a Sky issue as peloton works on my mobile and laptop.
I suggest everyone does the same to help gain some traction on this

Also having the same problem. Turned it all off and started again. Peloton app opens then goes black and eventually back to the main menu.
