Hi there
So on Monday evening we subscribed to Sky Cinema using the current in-app offer of £8 a month including 2 cinema tickets and Paramount.
on Tuesday I had to call sky, as everytime we follow the QR code to activate Paramount+ on our phones we get an error reading :

So on Tuesday the sky guy told me the only way to fix it is to remove sky cinema and add it again the following day. He booked in a call with me between 5-6pm.
Wednesday comes (last night) and he called to set it all back up again, told me it's the only way to fix my issue. Then told me he can't give me the £8 deal and only £12 a month, we'd already told the kids so begrudgingly accepted.
This morning I go to try set up Paramount+ again, same issue! Any ideas?

I have the same issue. I cannot seem to get my sky account linked to my paramount+ account. Using QR code upon setup & get "

Yep. I'm getting the exact same. They have said that they will fix it in the back systems but they have said this before. Has been a nightmare trying to get sorted. I would phone and see if they can help. Good luck.

@Jammiedodger1 , unfortunately not. I couldn't get it to work. Calling Sky again tomorrow.

I had the same issue and the solution was to remove and re-add Sky Movies.
Once the Sky team have done this, go back into the Paramount Plus app on your TV and select Sign Up.
This should then show you the option to activate Paramount Plus at a cost of £0.
Once you've done this, a QR code will appear. Scan the code with your phone which will take you to the Paramount Plus site on your phone. From here, select the Sign Up option.
At this point, I used the same email that I use for Sky and also enetered the same password IO use for Sky. It pulled up an error but I tried again using a different password and voila, it worked!

got the same issue sky tech support had me refreshing a page for 45 mins .
told to removie movies and add it again they wont do that .

I finally got it resolved. Had to contact Paramount plus and then Sky. Used the email I use for my Sky ID and then they sorted it in the background and now working. I didn't have them remove the movies as would have lost my offer and they couldn't have got it back. Took hours on the phone and emails to PP but got there in the end. I would suggest contacting PP too.

I'm having a similar issue, paramount says I need to subscribe and pay and sky says I've already set it up so stuck in a neverending loop. Emailed sky who just directed me to the FAQ page (despite me telling them that page doesn't help). So infuriating
