Re: Mini boxes not getting signal

Have now sorted by unplugging the main sky box and restarting. All checks on the app said all in good working order, so this was the only thing I hadn't tried. Obviously it was blocking sending the signal to the mini boxes. Good luck and fingers crossed.

Mini box

Done multiple resets. But my sky mini box still says no signal even though its connected to main box and strong Internet signal. How do I contact a human at sky to help

I had exactly the same issues, service app said all good, box settings said good signal and that I didn't have sky go or mini boxes in my account. Tried everything I could from is the box asleep to ice on the dish. It's not a customer fix I think, everything just reappeared , I went out for a walk rather than throw the box out the window!

I can't get my minibox back up & running.... I've tried unplugging it, resetting it reactivating it to the main sky box but no channels. I can get all the apps tho

Having same issue here (west yorkshire). Says no satellite signal. Apps and on demand seem to work but not live tv or recordibgs

All on again in Maidenhead. I had to switch off every box and restart them to get the mini boxes to reconnect ...

Sorted at last.

1. Switched of and unplugged all Sky Q mini boxes

2.Switched of and unplugged Sky Q main box, and waited two minutes.

3. Plugged in and switched on Sky Q main box and set up this box with TV.

4. Repeated performance with each of the mini boxes.

Mine was down at 6am in Anglesey but came back on at 7:09 am.

My sky Q mini box is saying no satellite signal but I checked everything and run tests as prompted, WiFi is working, main sky Q box is working
