Oh oh! error when trying to use Paramount+ app on SkyQ

I signed up to Sky Cinema to watch S2 of Landman on Paramount+.

I have added the app but when I log in I get a message saying Oh-oh an error has errors, we're working on a fix.


Tried turning off and on but still the same

Tried logging in on laptop but asking me to sign up for a plan.

Any ideas how to resolve? This morning the screen is also in German!

I have an existing a/c but not active with Paramount_+.

I get to "Activate account" and then I get a black screen with an Uh-Oh message. ...we're working on fixing it

Very frustrating. Assume others have experienced this. No way of clearing/resetting the app on Sky Q. I have signed out and in too as well.

Hi @chrisd19801   Did you try rebooting your broadband router first? Just in case there is a DNS problem and needs a refresh.
