Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch
I have waited to see what happens for a number of days whilst I attended to other mor eimportant thins like a funeral.
Every 2 days or so Ive checked - Netflix has returned via main app.
What I did was to access Netflix from the 'home' on the left index as there are Netflix programme pusehes there. Thereafter accessed Netflix via the left index >home > Netflix programme push for 48 hours. Thereafter seemingly main app restored access directly. Now tried access to Netflix by app every 2 days for teh past week - somehow works. Why? I have no idea except unless accessing Netflix by the 'push' has a connectivity that restores the app access. So somehow for a number of days it is now stable access by app. No software update has happened other than me trying to update which remained as was but programme links were lost!
Will it work for you - who knows?

Red spinning wheel when trying to access Netflix from Main Sky Q box. Only been happening a few weeks, but now cant access Netflix at all on TV, only on other devices. Take it Sky are aware and need to fix software?

Re: Netflix
My Netflix App is not loading. No problems on my other apps. I have to reboot, able to watch something but when I go back again to the app it doesn't load. I have done all of the troubleshooting and nothing works!

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch
I am having this problem all the time, Netflix on rarely if ever works through my Sky box, and I shouldn't have to reboot every bit of my Sky equipment to make it work.
This is clearly a coding/software issue that needs resolving, and considering you sell Netflix as an add on with sky, it should be a high priority. Especially seen as I have seen posts on here that about this issue that date back a year or more.

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch
I'm having exactly the same issue too. None of the workarounds are even working. Is anything actually being done to fix this?

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch
There's no logical reason for that to work. But I just tried it and it did !

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch
I pressed play/pause with the back button and Netflix started working again.
