Hi had netfix problem trying to load 

tried everything mention in the posts

canceled it in the end 

then read a post about going on to nextflix on a computer log in and log out of any account showing open 

unplugged q box switched back on problem resolved

Netflix’s is taking a long time to work

We are having trouble getting Netflix to work the wheel just keeps on turning, we are having to come out a few times and go into other apps before it finally works?
