It's incredible how 99% of the comments are asking exactly the same question which tells me that 99% of the people are not bothering to read the previous comments which clearly answers their question!

At this time there is no solution...there is a fix that works for some but not others. The fix will be rolled out soon.

Same problem with our Sky Q box started last night (19/06).Have tried resetting apps via the hidden menu and switching off and restarting with no effect.

Regardless if you pay £100 pm obviously you have other subscriptions so Netflix isn't £100 pm 

You pay Sky for Netflix your Netflix account linked to Sky can be used on any device which allows you to install the Netflix app.

So unless you haven't got another device apart from the Sky Q box why are you currently unable to watch Netflix @Jjjhshsbsbm
