Iv got my main box on now and netflix doesn't load on there now up stairs fine but down here is a no show and to b fair iv had enough I pay for the stuff and can't watch it half the time if u get cut off the films iv paid for u cant watch none digital or not iv laid for them why do I get that I dont it's madness got ya by ya balls if u ask my pay all the money for wat service u buy film and can't watch them I don't agree and the netflix thing is another story

That does not work iv tried and all the same and why should u have to turn it off and on again it's there to b used and not keep turning off if I want to watch telly wen I press netflix button I sure indeed it too work so none of this stuff people are posting about works nothing to do with interent its to do with sky and netflix rubbish no problems then why does it not work and it everywhere not one place either its a sky problem sort it out!

Correct they should and why have it through sky might aswell not bother nothing works. My up stairs box was doin it and then I moaned and it then worked now my main box doesn't load end off its a joke

Netflix doesn’t connect on my sky

Netflix for some reason just gets Stuck in the spinning wheel.    It does not connect

Can’t access Netflix

For the last week I am unable to access Netflix. When I try the Netflix logo comes on screen but there is a red circle underneath trying to load. But it just carries on going round and round and doesn't access Netflix

Hi I've encountered the red spinny thing for first time. I did a reset of apps. Then took ages to launch it all again, launch sky and connect the remote. Now I have no Netflix! It's not even showing on the app menu?! Unbelievably frustrating.

but we no longer get any reception for freeview since we upgraded from the old sky box's to skyQ.

Can only get TV reception if we go through teh skyQ box on any TV in the house. disconnect that and we get absolutely nothing. The old aeriel system was turned off, we did have it sorted but it went through teh old sky box system (skyHD+ box's) now we get nothing like that with SkyQ as it does NOT use aerial.

 

So saying go through your TV iteself is literally a no chance, its not an option.

 

So whenever netflix starts messing up, we just tend to keep retrying over and over and over again, or launch another app (disney+, AppleTV+<--also started to be a pain as it requests everytime to reinput your details instead of remembering them) carries on and the subscription will be cancelled for that one. Then there is amazon Prime and paramount+ (launching any of these and then coming out and launching netflix can fix the issue).

Thankfully though for the past 2 mths we havent had an issue, it does sometimes launch slower at times. But it is definatly on the service end and not on our end. Just have to wait, oh and at least its free as well as paramount+ for sky customers with full packages. Just netflix does seem to be the better one of the entire lot, followed by disney+ in 2nd.
