Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch
For clarity, click on your profile picture and then click on 'Account':-
Then click on 'Manage access and devices':-
Lastly, click on 'Sign out' for the device you want to remove:-
This will remove it immediately with no further dialogs. Clicking on the Netflix box from your Sky box should then automatically sign you in, although I had a message that it had a problem playing this title at the moment (Sweet Tooth S03E01 on the first advert). I logged out of Netflix on the box and then let it sign back in by itself which resolved the issue.

I'm not sure - I mean I don't think you can get to the menu if you're stuck on the spinny circle, can you?
I just wish people would be more precise with their language as it burns a lot of time clarifying what they've actually done.
"I've tried everything" is particularly unhelpful

Online, not through the box.
Your last line is spot on though. "It's not working", "Help" and others are equally as pointless.

Re: Netflix red spinning circle
Same here ... why has this suddenly started happening !!! So annoying. I have to kept turning my sky box off and restart just to watch Netflix!! Does not seem to be any response from sky on here about this issue but it is clearly an ongoing problem that is affecting quite a lot of customers !!

Re: Netflix red spinning circle
I got told if I keep my storage below 60 percent it should no longer happen hope this helps , but we shouldn't be deleting our favourite shows for us to be able to watch Netflix x

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch
Worked it out. This started for me when I upgraded to 4k. Would load on everything bit skyQ. I downgraded to standard on Netflix and it works on sky again.
So clear answer is that the Q box isn't good enough to run it in 4k.

The Q box is definitely showing it's age nowadays in little bits and bobs. This is why I and many others use the apps on the TV or other platform as the quality can be much better both in terms of picture and sound..

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch
This started happening to us (spinning red circle) about a month ago.
Followed the guidance provided but hasn't worked. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
Also, how do I log in to Netflix via their website as it doesn't recognise I have Netflix through SKY?

Err... Why do you think there's 79 pages in this thread? 🤔
As regards signng in online or through another app then I'll copy & paste another post from a different thread, credit to @Chodley
"You can't login to Netflix with your Sky credentials (i.e. password) but you can do a Netflix password reset, using your email from your SkyID, as long as your sky account has been set up and linked to Netflix."

This does work. Sadly, it seems that it needs resetting daily!

Except I use it in 4K all the time. V3 box, don't know if that makes a difference.
I'd missed that update from Lisa. Good news.
