I have tried all of these fixes and they don't work.

This may be different for others but I am watching on my sky q mini upstairs and the only way I can get it to work is to reactivate it. 4 out of 5 times one time fixes it but sometimes I have to do it twice.

Re: Netflix won’t load

Mine also won't load but will load on other TVs, iPads, phones, including my sky mini box in the bedroom but won't load on my sky Q box. It's frustrating. I have refreshed my apps, unplugged at the wall, waited a minute or so and still no luck.

I am having same issue. I have done all the advice logged out, re started pushed buttons. Nothing but red spinning circle. Works fine on phone and smart tv but not on skyq  in our living room. First time in over 2 years issue with it. Any help would be appreciated

And have you tried removing the Sky Q box from the Netflix account online? Once done, reboot the Q box.

I am constantly receiving the spinning circle I have sky Q.  Could sky hurry up and fix this please?  It's ridiculous.

I did try it after logging out of Netflix, but it didn't solve the problem. Once I rebooted my Sky Q, it came back on. It's still working tonight, but slowly.

Same thing happening for me, it was intermittent over the weekend as sometimes it would load after doing the refresh etc. but can't get in the past 2 days

By "logging out" do you mean "booting the Sky box off in this menu?

I probably use Netflix more that the actual sky TV paying fortune for broadband and the Tv I'm thinking of just leaving when there up the contracts. The internet is unreliable and now this. There's always a few mid contract increases 😡 my friend just has the BT broadband and a fire stick for all his subscriptions costing about half what I'm paying.

Netflix Circle of Death

Hi I know this is a common problem but for the past week I cannot get into Netflix unless I switch off power and reboot - very annoying as I've just had an operation and find it difficult to reach the power source - I have done the refresh apps - gone into Netflix on iPad etc - next thing will be to stand in one foot and circle three times 😂  Any advice before I call Sky and ask for new box - ps my router is new and mt speeds are excellent

This all day long, I suspect a good few are still just logging out of Netflix.
