I have the NETFLIX logo displaying but then beneath it is a red circle that goes round and round. Nothing else happens.

Hi...
Netflix account via sky...
I load the app and I just get the red ring or dreaded fire!
I've tried ALL of the hacks! Unfortunately no good!
Please help! TIA 😬

Yes, if you click on a name and go to their profile there'll be two options if online. Message or Block, if they're offline there will be just the Block option.

I've tried this & it seems to have worked. However, I don't have the issue all the time sometimes it loads & sometimes it doesn't. What is odd that is always our main TV that it fails on, even if we can't load it on the main screen, we then try on both other multi room devices & it always loads within 10 seconds or so. I'll have to wait to see if it's fixed the issue permently. Just to add that it seems to be in the evenings when it doesn't load.

Hi all
I tried the original suggestion of going into my account and scrolling down and turning off the Profile transfers and my Netflix came back on without issue, hopefully this will continue!

Weird. That wasn't the option Kirsty suggested turning off.

Maybe its just a coincidence then? I will post agin if it stops loading and I experience the same issue.
