I have to reboot everytime and even then it mostly doesn't load. Haven't had Netflix on Sky Q for approximately 3 weeks

Netflix isn't connecting to our sky Q box. We've tried refreshing the apps still nothing. Was working fine until recently.

Thank you for letting me know the workaround hasn't worked and also for trying the steps as well. 

 

I will feed this back to the team and provide an update as soon as I have more information.

Hi, my Netflix's us working ok on TV through box but for last 2 weeks will not load on app on my iPad....keeps telling me to sign up and create a new account.

Netflix not loading on sky q box. Tried all the fixes but no joy. This is a recent problem. Temporary solution is to unplug box.

Does  the trick of exiting the App and starting up another (iPlayer for instance) not work for you?

 

That's going to be far quicker than a reboot.

Certainly doesn't work for me - I've tried every single suggestion on here, and none of them make any difference. Tired of paying for something I can't use to be honest.

Hi all,

 

Can customers who are still having the spinning red circle with Netflix not loading you send me a private message with your MAC address and ESN. Please do not share this information on this thread. The support teams have requested this information to further investigate. 

 

You can find this information below:

Press HOME -> Settings -> System Info -> MAC address Ethernet (and below is the ESN)

NETFLIX app not working on Sky

Hi,
I was hoping if there is anyone that can help?
My Netflix app is playing up. When I click on the app, it goes to the loading page with the word NETFLIX  and the spinning icon underneath. The page then just stays like that with the spinning icon. I've tried turning off and unplugging my sky box and also unplugging the router. I've also tried the 001 thing and refreshing the apps. It's does work on occasion and then reverts back to the spinning icon. 
If anyone can help....I would be most grateful!

Have you checked your Q box is on the latest software?
