Netflix.

have been unable to access Netflix on our television for over 2 weeks now. The logo comes up but underneath a red circle just keeps going round and round but never loads. Can u help with this issue?

Netflix not working for days, just spinning wheels. Done all the sky nonsense and still no joy, works on my phone though??

Sign Out of device through a Web Browser:

 

  1. Log into Netflix via the web browser.
  2. Highlight your profile picture (Top right corner).
  3. Click on Account.
  4. Under the Security and Privacy option, click on 'Manage access and devices'.
  5. Select the device name: (it may be called SkyQ ......or Sky UK Set-top box).
  6. Select--> click on the "Sign out" option on the SkyQ ......or Sky UK Set-top box.
  7. Sign out of Neflix on the Q box, start it up, press left and go to the help section to sign out.
  8. Reboot SkyQ box by turning off at the wall or plugging out for 1 minute.
  9. Go to your SkyQ box and launch the Netflix app on your SkyQ box.

Netflix red spinning circle

So for about a week now I cannot watch Netflix in my main sky a box and tv

i have tried to rebook the says box and my router etc

ive read all the posts

nothing works

im paying a premium payment for absolutely nothing

does anyone have any advice

Netflix not working for ages

My netflix app hasn't been loading for ages, we have updated the software and tried all the tips on here but nothing is working any help please

We are unable to access Netflix

When we try to connect to Netflix the red circle just goes round and round. It has been like this for over a week. We have tried turning off the Sky q box and on again but Netflix still won't load.

My Netflix isn't working on my Sky box either but working in my phone, so much be an issue with sky.

Yes it is and we've refreshed the apps now still no luck
