MUTV not working despite the fact I have a subscription

MUTV not working despite having a subscription. I have checked account and it still says I have subscribed on MySky.

Can you all please try accessing mutv on 418 has the issue you were having should now be resolved

What do you mean by not working, what is happening when you go to the channel ?

Are you trying to watch it in SD? MUTV SD closed permanently on 29 May but is still available on 418 in HD.

Anything to do with the fact that the MUTV SD channel has been discontinued?

HD channel still remains on Ch 418

I have the same problem! When I choose 418 I get a message to say "to watch this channel you need to upgrade your package", but I already subscribe to MUTV??

I have the same problem. This has suddenly stopped working.

 

Do I have to be subscribed to Sky HD now too in order to access this channel. Sneaky if so that Sky didn't tell me this when I have just renewed the contract.

Hi @Carole18 

Sky just provide what MUTV supply. Then have no control over the format.  There would be no extra charge from Sky

But now SKy want to charge you for the HD package now too in order to be able to watch it!

@Carole18  Sky has confirmed hd add on is not required specifically to watch MUTV

This was there email to me.

 

Regarding the need for the HD package, with the discontinuation of the SD version of the channel, having a Sky Q box means you will indeed need the HD package to continue accessing MUTV.
