Same here. I tried everything. Reset all the stuff. Reinstall the app. Internetspeed is 89. All other streaming apps are working perfectly. I can watch Netflix on my smartphone but not on my tv.

Same problem here. Even reinstalled the app. Nothing is working. It plays on my other devices though, so as others have said, it's probably related to SmartTV. I'm using a Roku.

Mine is happening right now too. It was working perfectly fine 25 mins ago and I've done everything. I think it's Netflix.

Same also the same on my nvidia sheild streaming box so it the app the phone one is working fine

I have the exact same issue. finished watching a program tried to watch another and then bang the same problem. I have been trying for ages to get it back working, switched of Qbox, internet and reset network nothing. It says i have 56mbp and connected still can not watch anything but if i go on to my laptop i can watch with no issues. strang must be something with Sky Q..

Same issue. Samsung TV app not working. All the other apps do. Can get Netflix on my phone. When I run a diagnostic on my TV it fails when testing the Samsung apps.

Same as everyone else, except this happened to me at exactly the same time I pressed some weird screensaver button that I never press on my remote. Did it accidentally and for the past hour I thought it was because of that and I'd broken my TV. I've done a full factory reset and all the other standard checks. I'm just glad it's a Netflix issue and I haven't broken it myself. Big waste of an hour when I should have been asleep though.
