Netflix has been down for everyone for the past 2 hours, it's a Netflix server issue.

I'm with Virgin so it's not a sky issue. Just trying to put Netflix on so I can fall asleep!

I am having also the same issue... It started on 12/12. Not working on my nvidia shield tv pro, samsung tv, fire stick 4k Max.... But working on my phone (samsung).. I was watching one episode, my serie ended. Switched to a new one then having tvq-pb-101 (1.9.0) error....

We having exact same issue. Played one episode on netflix. Exact same time as you all goes pear shaped. Tried all the fixes and no joy. Not acceptable sky, when you are charging so much!

Same here right now. I tried everything. Unplug,  restart router, Uninstal app on TV, instal it back. Still doesn't work

Netflix is hacked more than likely, all other streaming services are working. Our Netflix isn't working and has the same error message as everyone else

Evening all

 

Having now spent an hour looking into this isse;

 

1. The error code is not listed within Netflix's online help platform

2. Sky haven't a clue

 

Mostly, this error is also affecting smart TVs thus is not an isolated issue. Looks very much like the servers for the smart TV app have gone down. Mobile devices remain functional.

 

Don't restart your devices. The error remains.

I'm with Virgin Media an I'm gettin the same error code on my xbox S.  Nothin wrong with watchin it on the phone though. Definitely a Netflix error. I'm with Virgin Media.

Netflix app issue on multiple platforms, either someone got fired or just wants to fool around with 21k people who have reported this down! 

Was watching Leave the World behind ironically!! Hope it isn't a cyber attack!

Getting same error on skyq, iPhone and iPad but works ok on Amazon echo using same WiFi/router

Tried on 3 different connections and also on 2 tvs and 2 mobiles... So is a worlwide netflix problem
