Helo sky engineer install q box yesterday but it didnt work no app and no signal could you help
Helo sky engineer install q box but it dint work no apps coming he said apps wll come in few moments but he left and also some channel show no signal at all help to resolve this issue

Hi @MuhammadMuzher I don't believe that your fellow customers can help you, I would contact Sky and get an installer back.

@MuhammadMuzher Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
as for the apps
you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu
To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu
scroll down to apps > refresh
failing that you would need to contact Sky as @MightyQuinn says
