Waiting for the sky stream engineer since yesterday

I am waiting for the sky stream engineer since yesterday. My sky stream was supposed to be on yesterday but broadband engineer came to put the broadband on. But the sky engineer didn't turn up. I am still waiting.

DPD will deliver the sky stream puck to the customer, the customer then needs to setup the puck themselves, much like any other streaming device.

Sky Stream is a self install product, you do not get an engineer to set it up for you.

Read the online guide, plug it in to your TV and follow the on screen instructions.

There aren't any Sky Stream installation engineers ... Sky Pucks are self install😉
