Discovery + issues.

Discovery + keeps asking me to sign in.

I have accepted the terms & conditions every time, I sign in & everything is ok.

I leave the app to return to Sky channels, & when I return to Discovery+, I have to do the whole thing again.  I have tried numerous times. I have even reset my box, but to no avail.

I need some help with this.  Thanks.

Same here, and the programmes when you do get signed in keep pixellating really badly. Very annoying. If it's something to do with the Olympics then maybe it'll go back to normal soon.

BELIEVE =accept that (something) is true, especially without proof.
BETTER = of a higher standard, or more suitable, pleasing, or effective than other things or people:

Sky Q & 2 mini’s
SR203 router. > Replaced with ASUS XT9’s with a TP-Link TD-W9970 modem
Sky superfast 80/20 :sort of, 63-75/15. Devolo 1200 wifi > Replaced with cat 6
Sony KDAF8 65 oled.

don't really care who's done what.

I'm accessing the service via Sky box so I expect Sky to take onboard customer complaints with their partners and get it sorted

Exact same issue re signing into discovery plus. Started last Thursday 18th July.

very annoying. All for security and stopping people who don't pay or code sharing but I am neither. GET IT SORTED.

Woo Hoo back to normal today when I switched on Discovery plus, thank goodness. So much easier and no frustration getting to your favourite programmes.

Same here. That's a relief with Olympic coverage starting tomorrow. Just tried it three times to be certain.

Not sure about stream. Have you called them to let them know it's still happening on stream service ? Mine was only mini box issue but surely they would've checked stream too. 

Have you done the usual of unplugging for several minutes & rebooting it that way or even see if the app on your phone is logged out, if its still playing up today give them a call & if you have sky mobile it's 150 to customer services.

Yes they fixed the issue on the 23rd but it was only my mini box that didn't work properly. My Sky Q main box was fine.
