Netflix not working

My netflix isbt eotk bis sjky box on tv but is on other portable devices like childrens tablets

The Netflix app will not load and hasn't loaded properly for weeks yet I'm paying for it. I click on the app and the round circle just goes round and round. It is only not working on my tv through SKY as it works on my separate smart tv and my phone.

@caesarome Any other suggestions as I have got the red swirl back again. Tried logging out on my phone on Sky but it's not doing anything now. Thank you

After signing into Netflix via their website and logging out of all your devices did you do the same as before and reboot your Sky box ?
