Discovery plus app

Last night my discovery app stopped working on sky q . Have done all the usual re boot the box etc . All other apps I use on there work fine any ideas please

I have contacted sky. They said Discovery + have an issue. We will have to wait for Discovery to fix their issue, sky can't fix it.  Hope that helps.

Discivery plus

Discovery plus app blank screen on sky q since yesterday working on other devices . All.other apps working on sky q too . Any idea when this will be sorted

I have had the same problem, I have refreshed the apps, firmware but nothing helps

Currently a known issue, maybe just v2 boxes.

If you wait a few minutes it does come on.

I got told other day that the app would be free along with tnt sports. Nothing works. Rang on Sunday and had no helpful information and then told me maybe the app neeeed 24 hours as we refreshed it we now on Tuesday and still don't work.

my app is the same. Does not work at all. Obviously a discovery plus app issue which we will have to wait to see if they can repair it. I get nothing at all on the app and I am not allowed to watch anything. All I get is the message to link my account to the sign in page. When I do it will not let me watch anything

This is happening for me too. I have spent 7 months and at least 20 hours on the phone to both sky and discovery. Nobody seems to be able to fix it and keep blaming the other. 

 

There is a make a complaint option on the sky app, has anyone tried this with any success yet?
