Discovery app not working

Discovery app via sky q box not working just loads to the logo screen. Discovery plus said no issues must be sky

Mine is doing it to just frozen on discovery app does not load up

I wonder if they are working on an update so we can get UHD sports and other extras

Possibly but I spoke with discovery they had no issues

That's correct. But the issue or the update is needed from Sky. They are aware of it. Hopefully this is what is happening

Mine is the same....rebooted sky box, still the same.

I have been trying to download the latest software update and even that is not working - update downloads but won't install

I'm having the same issue. I just bought the app wanted to set it up.

Having the same issue myself and my mams telly also, the discover plus is all that comes up and stays on that screen and nothing else, no option on sky to uninstall and reinstall so can't do anything to fix it.

It looks like a software issue for the new TNT aka BT Sports subscribers for the discovery premium access. Looks like it will need a new software update to fix this.

Not sure this will be fixed tonight.
