You can't watch TV at the moment as there is a connectivity problem..
however settings show connection to sky Q box and the Network.
the other TV says it's a technical problem- any help?

@Dacey1 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then reboot
the other box
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
