HI
I hope someone can help… I have a Sky Q Main box, a Sky Q Wireless Extender and a Sky Q Mini Box. I am trying to change the Wireless network it uses as I am moving away from Sky due to slow speeds and they don’t have fibre in my area.
I successfully did the Reset on the Main Q box and connected it to the new Wireless network1, so all good there. I did the WPS button on the Q Extender and on the Main Q box, as I think this is how you sync those up ? Then did it with the Mini Q upstairs – However, after restarting all 3 boxes, the Mini Q says it can’t find the Main Q box.
What am I doing wrong ? Does anyone know the correct process please ?

Hello, I also have the same issue.
please advise what steps were taken to resolve OP's issue.
doesnt allow me to simply search for a new WiFi, wants me to enter an IP address manually (which doesn't work)

Hi
My issue was I had 3 x SSIDs on the same Wifi Router and initially did not use the first (main) one for the Sky Devices. When I changed to using thst one, they all connected up using the Standard sequence of Main Q Box, Extender, then Mini box.
