Both streaming and live TV cutting out momentarily

Hi All,

 

Any advice greatly appreciated.

 

I have a Sky q 2TB box connected via ethernet to a TP Link Deco unit.  Wifi is turned off on the Sky Q box and all has worked well for a number of years.

 

Recently I've noticed that live TV cuts out every now and then, only momentarily.  IE. it just goes to a black screen for a second and then comes back on.  Not only this, but when using streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+) we keep getting kicked from a show back to the episode selection screen on the service we are using.  Really annoying....especially as on Disney + we have to restart the episode entirely and then fast forward through to the point we last watched.  This is happening more and more regularly (a few times per 45 minte episode generally).

 

I have replaced a HDMI splitter thinking that it could have been that causing the issue but to no avail.  I also have a PS5 connected which does not have any similar issues and equally I don't have issues when streaming shows via apps on the TV itself.

 

Any ideas would be massively appreciated!
