The sensor button has broken or been pushed in and now is floating around in the multiroom device.
is there any way of taking it apart or do I need to send it back to get a replacement? @Sky

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky will probably arrange a doorstep box swap whereby DPD deliver a replacement and take the faulty/broken mini box away with them. You'll have to have the box unconnected and ready on the day.
