Broken button on Sky multiroom box

The sensor button has broken or been pushed in and now is floating around in the multiroom device.

is there any way of taking it apart or do I need to send it back to get a replacement? @Sky

Sky will probably arrange a doorstep box swap whereby DPD deliver a replacement and take the faulty/broken mini box away with them. You'll have to have the box unconnected and ready on the day.

You'll need to contact Sky for a replacement box.
