hello community, I hope someone can help me regarding claiming the free ear buds that were included with my recent purchase of a samsung tablet purchased through sky.
during the conversation with an amazing chap called Steven, I was told what I needed to do to claim the free ear buds that were offered with the purchase of the tablet. however, I have lost the note I made containing what I needed to do to claim the ear buds.
can anyone help, and if not can someone please tell me who to contact at sky because there is no function on the automated call system to enable me to speak to someone [which isn't annoying at all, no siree bob].?

To claim upload a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.
Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:
https://messages.sky.com/message-centre
Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.

sheesh, this never ends, lol. now i can't find the darned invoice number. and - quelled surprise - mysky and that not annoying at all onscreen message about oooh, we're having problems bo**ocks doesn't help at all.
so, anyone know where *exactly* to find the invoice number is for the purchase on the 6,753 emails I got from sky is..?
