Same issue here, only just started to happen after last app update. Can use the same login details on the Sky Web page and can see all my details so it's not the login. Also uninstalled an reinstalled app with same issue.
After 9 pages of the same issue being recorded just on this forum alone, it's about time sky got the finger out and admitted they have an issue with poor quality apps.

I also have this problem today, worked fine yesterday and have been able to log in via website fine also. Sky please fix this issue, this thread has 10 pages and goes back 4 years and you still haven't properly resolved it to stop it from happening???

I have not been able to access the My Sky app for some time. I continue to get the message 'Your account is not authorised to access the My Sky App'. When is it likely to be fixed. I have tried reinstalling but nothing works.

I am having the same issue and really need the app for my sky vip tickets. How have I just discovered this has been going on for 5 years and still not fixed. Just spoken to a sky advisor who was completely adiment it was my phone and was not interested in helping. Really not happy.

Hi i have also been receiving this message for months! I have called sky ive updated the app, deleted and redownloaded the app, even downloaded the app on a different device. I recently upgraded my mobile to a new phone and yet it still doesnt work. Ive tried all the suggestions of sky and was left with "we will report this and have the issue sorted for you" months later ive heard nothing and nothing has been done!
All of these "perks" and added incentives with the my sky app and literally had no access for months now. This is not a new issue for some its been an ongoing issue with no real resolution to it for a very long time.
So if anyone can suggest anything i can do to get it to allow me access again that would be amazong thankyou in advance🙂

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

I have had this issue for months now. Diamond VIP customer yet i cant access any VIP rewards. Tried on X unable to help. Tried to call unable to get through. Can anyone help or shall I just cancel all my accounts and go elsewhere?
