Got my new Iphone 15 with a new contract - so new to Sky. Number has transferred but the data hasn't activated and I've had messages saying I'm out of mobile data for this month. I've switched off, took SIM out and rebooted but to no avail. Getting through to talk to someone is nigh on impossibke so reaching out to the community for help please. Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry a network reset (Settings>General>Transfer or Reset phone>Reset>Resewt Network settings) also ensure the correct phone number is showing under 'Phone'.
