Hi, I have a ZTE MF910 4g router and when I put my Sky SIM card in, I cannot get a connection to the internet even though the unit says I have a 4g signal. I know the SIM car works because I can use it in my iPad with no problems. I can connect my ipad to the ZTE router using Wifi and get as far as the configuration page by typing 192.168.0.1 and the config page confirms that I have a 4g signal connected t Sky with one user attached. However, whenever I press connect "connect" or attempt to change the configuration of the Wifi settings I just get a "Failure" flag displayed.
I cannot get past the configuration page to look at the APN settings etc, so any help /advice will be much appreciated.
With many thanks
Chris

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @skyproblem0099 have you tried connecting the router to a pc/laptop and tried that way to access the APN. Try google search for "APN configuration ZTE MF910 4g router"
