Help number unobtainable

I've lost my phone (we're in Portugal) and I'm trying to get help from Sky. The number they publish is unobtainable. Does anyone have a number I can call please?I need to get the phone shut down if possible. 
I tried to post the number but it's not allowed 🤷‍♀️
