Re: Sky Mobile Bill
What do you mean by your Sky Mobile bill has never been used, do you mean the phone itself and/or the sim hasn't been used and if so how long have you had it ?

@Philcloo
If you are new to the forum or this is your first post then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.
What do you mean by the bill has never been used?
What do you want to cancel, how long have you had whatever it is, and why are you expecting a full refund?

Re: Sky Mobile Bill
@Philcloo Not using a Sky Sim is your choice, however Sky won't refund you for non use, when you activated it you started a minimum 12 month term, you will only be able to cancel once the minimum term has expired.

Re: Sky Mobile Bill
Hiya,
I had a Samsung tablet and sim in 2024 for my daughter. I never activated the sim and I have noticed I am still paying for it now.
I had the same with an Apple Watch with Vodafone and I hadn't used it since 2023. They refunded the monthly payments back to then. So I was just wondering if it is the same with Sky. I understand the 12 months minimum that is no problem but afterwards and no usage on it.

You must have activated it to be charged for it. If you hadn't activated it it would have dropped off your account without any charges.
You can call Sky to cancel it but there's no reason for Sky to reimburse you if it hasn't been used.

Re: Sky Mobile Bill
If you are being charged for the sim then you would have activated it so call Sky on 150 if you now want to cancel it. Only if you didn't activate a sim would you not be charged for it.
