This is a Joke, missed a Dr's call which had to be booked two weeks in advance and have not been able to receive calls since Sunday!
Surely Sky mobile users should be notified of the issue and compensation offered due to the service offered not being supplied!

Sort it out faster please otherwise hundreds are leaving your service and reporting on every possible meida outlet that your service is terrible.

I have 3 devices in my family and all are not receiving any calls.
texts are fine.

It's now been flagged in the Network Status, so hopefully the call centre staff will also have been made aware of it and won't be telling people to reset their phones!

We are aware that some Sky Mobile customers are experiencing issues with making calls via Wi-Fi right now. We are investigating the issue and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing.

I have not been able to receive calls since Sunday.
I have missed a call from my daughters school telling me she was sick and needed picking up.
I rely on my phone for work as an emergency worker - this is not acceptable.
compensation on every customers bill is needed.
