I have been unable to call or text from my phone for a whole week now. If i try to send a message it says cant send message with Sky-error 0. Sky have confirmed my service has been restricted but can see no reason for it as bills have been paid. IT helpline is worse then useless and just keep telling me that Im not the only one or that its a problem in my area ,yet nobody in my area seems to be having this issue and our other phone is working fine. Its not the phone because other sims are working in it and Ive done the network settings reset but given the phone itself has been restricted by Sky Im guessing nothing I do will work anyway and im getting nowhere with Sky resolving the situation and no communication from them either. Feel like im banging my head against a brick wall. If this isnt resolved by tonight I'll be cancelling because this is just not good enough.
